~How to Order~

1️⃣ Select the Garment Size and Color from the drop down menu

2️⃣ Using the 'Personalization' Box, Add your txt/image/photo personalization or send logo with Etsy messages

3️⃣ Once you have finished browsing and all desired items are in your cart, complete your order by using your desired payment method and valid shipping address. (Double check your shipping address, we don't want it getting lost!)

4️⃣ Remember this is just the initial personalization step, we will finalize your design together during the next 1-2 days using Etsy messages

5️⃣ Wait for me to contact you with your design and we'll go over it to make sure everything is perfect.

🤔When can I expect my order?🤔

Design talks with you will typically last 1-2 days.
Orders are typically produced in around 1-3 business days and then shipped (standard shipping) as soon as possible in around 2-5 business days. Obviously delays are expected around holidays and festivals as production demand will be higher than normal, but as always, we'll do the best we can to hurry your order along.

💕Care Guide💕

Best to wash inside-out, in cooler temps (better for the environment, the t-shirt and your wallet), don't use bleach or any harming chemicals, avoid ironing the print and not suitable for dry-cleaning.

❗️Returns❗️

All of our items are made to order and are NOT eligible for returns. If item is damaged or defective, contact us and we'll get it changed without a problem.

🌈Colors and DTG Printing🌈

My garments are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology (special ink is soaked into the fibres of the garment) which uses vibrant, long-lasting inks for a soft feel on the garment. Colors are bold, dynamic and very intricate but color variation can occur when a specific color of ink is used onto a garment. For instance, colors may appear slightly darker when printed onto darker colored shirts.

I DON'T use Direct-to-Film (DTF) or a heat transfer for my prints as, whilst at first seem visually pleasing and punchy, don't typically last very long as they peel and crack easily.
