My package has gone missing, what do I do?

Check with your neighbors or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf. Sometimes delivery carriers will leave packages with a neighbor if they can't deliver it directly to your address. Check with the company that delivered the package. Depending on which shipping carrier was used (e.g. USPS, FedEx), you may be able to track the package's whereabouts or file a claim if it was lost or stolen. If neither of these options work, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
