How long does it take to start my item?

Production begins on ALL orders the same day as ordered. Items are custom made to order. Our turnaround time is about 1 - 6 business days, depending upon the item. Please check each item listing for more accurate times.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, and ETSY gift cards.

ETSY is responsible for all payments and billing. ETSY keeps your payment information private and secure. Why did I only receive some of the items in my order?

It is possible that you have ordered different items that may ship separately. It is also possible that a particular style, size, or color was produced sooner and therefore shipped sooner.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier the item will be deemed undeliverable. Reach out to me and I will work with you to find a solution.
