HOW TO ORDER

1. Once you have purchased your portrait, please send the photo you would like to use through Etsy messenger.

A high-resolution photo is needed for best results. If you’re not sure whether your photo is high-res enough, feel free to send it over to us to check before ordering. Feel free to send through a few different photos and we can choose whichever one works best.

3. Before printing your portrait, a proof will be sent through on Etsy messenger. This is to ensure you are completely happy with your portrait before sending it to print.

Once you have approved your proof, the file will be printed and posted directly to your door. We package all of our prints in a cellophane sleeve and hard-backed envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
