Due to the changes with GSPR, I am no longer shipping to EU or Northern Ireland. Orders will be refunded, until a solution can be found.

Returns and refunded are only accepted from the EU. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value If a package is returned to due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, you may be responsible for any return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost at our discretion. Otherwise you can elect to receive a refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note: We cannot be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by you that is not returned.

Items arrived damaged

If a package arrives to you damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for the return of the item or may ask that you send a picture of the damage if you are able, and if possible a replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not possible, you will be issued a full refund minus any funds paid for a shipping upgrade.

All UK orders are shipped 2nd class, 1st class and signed for service is available as an upgrade during checkout. Please message me if you need any help! International orders are all shipped out tracked! An email will be sent with the tracking info, so that you can track the parcel and check delivery attempts! Please note, I cannot refund parcels which are stated as delivered and can be tracked to there location, as this does not classify as a missing parcel.

Store jewellery in an airtight jewellery box. Jewellery should be cleaned occasionally, wipe with a soft cloth. Chalk coloured clay piece may have excess colour which might come off when handling. Wipe with a dry, soft cloth to get rid of any excess colouring. Remove jewellery when washing/swimming. Resin items should be stored out of direct sunlight and intense heat to prevent yellowing, if this occurs store in a dark place to reverse the effect.

25 days past the estimated due date is required for international packages to be identified as lost. 10 days past the estimated due date is required for UK packages to be identified as lost. Once a parcel is sent, I take no responsibility for the parcel arriving to the destination. Please contact me if you haven't received you package, and we can try and work out a solution from there. I take no responsibility in packages that are lost due to incorrect address being given. If tracking is not selected at checkout I cannot guarantee a delivery date or the arrival of the parcel. I cannot refund on shipping fee if the parcel is sent and unclaimed. If the parcel is sent back to me, the customer will have to pay for resending the parcel.
