Just as pictured, but download was a PDF with a link to Microsoft-hosted file, requiring multiple steps and a Microsoft login to download. Would be better if directly downloadable from Etsy like other products.

Etsy has file size limits, so using a PDF with a link to cloud storage is a common practice for digital products. Most customers find the PDF link easy to use, but in some cases, depending on the device, browser, or server restrictions, a few extra steps may be required.
