Classic! Hand made with premium Shantung silk, lavished with fine hand embroidery work of paisleys and vines.

* Bodice features hand embroidery details with bobbin lace trimming .

*Complimenting open cap sleeves, crafted with the same hand embroidery work in 100% silk organza and trimmed with bobbin lace.

* Generously gathered skirt adding elegance and class.

* Hem fold decorated with hand embroidery work and bobbin lace trimmings. Hand embroidery work is tucked into the hem fold to create a natural and spontaneous flow.

* Back opening, neatly folded and hand hemmed. Secured by traditional hooks, sewn by hand for high quality finish.

* Silk covering button, hand made with touch of couture.

* Dress is fully lined [ like attached petticoat] with 100% cotton voile.

French Heirloom Sewing

Dress is stitched using French heirloom sewing technique. It is a traditional sewing technique, used for constructing high end dresses, which demand superior finish. It conceals the entire raw edges.

Hand Embroidery.

All my dresses are custom tailored. Dresses are stitched according to your custom measurements. Once you place the order, you will be asked for a list of measurements. Simple but classically beautiful First Communion dress. The dress is even prettier than the pictures and the lace is stunning. The dress met my 8 year old's two requirements: it can't be itchy and it can't be "fru fru". Mary was a joy to deal with and the personalized note that came with the dress made it very special for my communicant.
