Then secured with cut up thicker pieces of foam that is recycled from our Resin/3D Printer packaging. Our aim is to uphold the integrity of our craftsmanship and ensure that no miniatures arrive in a damaged state.

Custom and personalized orders

Certainly, we invite you to reach out to us regarding this, and we will ascertain the feasibility of your request. If it's viable, we will be more than happy to print the miniatures to your specifications. In the past, we have accommodated requests for dollhouse miniatures, scales of 15mm to 20mm, among others, to the satisfaction of our patrons.

My miniatures have arrived in a disassembled state; how should I proceed?

Indeed, we dispatch our miniatures in a disassembled condition to ensure their safety throughout the shipping process. As a result, the bases are not affixed, but we recommend utilizing Gorilla Glue for a swift and secure assembly. Additionally, some miniatures may feature modular components.
