I do not accept returns due to the nature of this product. There is no way for me to know if you actually wore it or not and I cannot relist a returned item due to this reason. If you find the hat it too big for you, putting it in the dryer after a wash will shrink it.

Please ‼️hand wash‼️ your hat(s) in cold water. You can iron your hats, but be careful when steam ironing black or dark colored materials. The pleating underneath the band will become shiny and show through. I always put a piece of cloth over the band on dark materials before ironing.

Shipping and Processing Times

Please review the current processing time BEFORE you checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to review the processing time before completing their purchase. I am the sole shop owner and the only one cutting the patterns and sewing the hats! I have two small children and I also work in surgery, so my schedule can be really busy sometimes. My top priority, though, is to get your hat(s) made as quickly as possible! After I ship it, it usually takes the post office less than one week to be delivered.

If your hat is too big for your preference, you can wash it in hot water and dry it on high heat. Check it periodically to make sure you don't over-shrink it.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are custom-made with care. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, cancellations will no longer be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to review the processing time before completing their purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This is a women’s traditional bouffant-style scrub hat, handmade from 100% cotton. It has 3/8” cotton twill ties in the back so you can control how tight you want it! - they are sealed to prevent fraying. No more headaches from tight elastic. I also have an adjustable toggle with elastic if you’d prefer that option!

*Each bouffant is approximately 14” in diameter and the bands are approximately 1 1/2 - 2” thick. Please see the pictures for a visualization of sizing.
