If it was damaged due to shipping issues with the post office, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Onesies are a made of a nice and thick poly cotton blend. They are available in 2 different colors (black or white) and come in 4 sizes listed below.

6-12 months (width 9" length 16.5") 17-20 lbs This size will fit more on the 9-12 month side
12-18 months (width 9.5" length 17.5) 21-27 This size will fit more on the 18 month side
18-24 months (width10" length 18.5) 28-35 This size will fit more on the 24 month side

Leg warmers are soft and stretchy and fit 3 months up to 3 years

In this listing you have your choice of one of the rosette or bow headbands. Headbands are made custom with each order. They band is made with a soft elastic so it will nicely on baby's head. The top is embellished with 2 rosettes or with a bow. If you would like the headband to fit a different size than the outfit size, please just leave a message on your order with the size that you are wanting.

Bloomer/diaper covers are made a soft cotton and will match the size of the onesie that is chosen. Ruffles are sewn all the way around the bloomer in front and back. The bow is put on the back of the bloomer

Washing Instructions- For the top please turn inside out and wash in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. For the rest of the outfit please hand wash and hang dry only.

Shipping policies- If you need the outfit in a hurry there is an option for priority and priority express when you check out. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days and express shipping is 1-2 days. All orders come with a tracking number so you can see the progress of the shipping. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delay in shipping by the post office due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
There are no returns on custom orders. All birthday and holiday outfits are viewed as custom orders. I will gladly exchange an item for a different size if there is not a custom name on the item. I can not be responsible for lost or stolen items that have been shipped out. All items will have a tracking number so you can see an estimated time of arrival. If items are damaged or delayed in shipping due to bad weather or negligence on postal service you will need to contact them and file a claim.
