Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time gift wrapping is not available, but you can rest assured knowing that pricing info is not included in the packaging. If shipping directly to gift recipient, they will only see a packing slip that has our company info, along with the name and address of purchaser. No billing information such as credit card number, method of payment or product pricing with be included on the packing slip.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges on all non-personalized items. Personalized items are not returnable. But if, for any reason, you have an issue with your order please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

How long will it take to get my order?

All items are made-to-order. Our products ship to you directly from our US-based distribution partners via US Postal Service and UPS. All items are tracked to ensure door to door delivery of your baby’s nursery essentials. Please see shop announcements for the most up-to-date shipping info.

Custom and personalized orders

Before your order is boxed, each product carefully packaged separately within clear recyclable plastic mailing pouches or clear poly envelopes. This ensures that each nursery item – and all soft bedding and baby blankets - are protected from the elements while in transit. In a continued effort to be eco-friendly, there are no excess filler in the boxes or extra paper products. Which means that in each box you will only find a packing slip and all of your cozy goodies inside!
