We understand wanting your order shipped out as soon as possible. To explain, when orders arrive at our shop there is usually about 50 orders in front. It is only fair the oldest orders are given priority. Our items are all hand-painted in the color of your choice. Generally we apply a base primer coat, followed by several coats of paint and then followed with a sealer coat (if necessary). To achieve a finish that looks great and last a long time, we have to let the paint cure in between coats. Depending on the weather and the paint used, this means the process takes several days. Shipping time on ALL items is between 10-20 BUSINESS days (Mon-Fri) from date of purchase.

Can I See The Item in "This" Color?

f we have a picture of the item in that color, then we will be more than happy to send you a link. Please keep in mind that all of our items are hand painted to the colors our customers choose. We do not have the items pre-painted, sitting on a shelf. This can make it difficult to show every item in every color. However, even if we don't have that particular item in a certain color, we will have a photo of another item in that color to give you a good idea of what it will look like

My Item Looks A Little DIfferent Than The One In The Listing...

We do our best to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual item. The differences in screen settings between some monitors and mobile devices,may cause a slight difference in color between what is shown in the listing and the final product. If you need certain color matched, contact us before purchasing so that arrangements can be made to obtain a sample of the color. If an exact match is necessary, you will need to send us the paint you want used. There may be an additional fee for this. Due to the molding process of cast iron, there may be slight cosmetic defects in the piece. We try to cull out any that are extreme or severe, however any minor blemishes are considered part of the individuality of the piece.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

ALL SALES AND PURCHASES ARE FINAL!! Since all of our items are custom painted in the color of your choice, we do not offer refunds. We make sure each item listing contains dimensions, measurements and item details that are as accurate as possible. However due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations from piece to piece. ALL dimensions are approximate. We are a small family business, not a large corporation. If we do agree to a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways for an exchange. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. There will be a restocking fee on returned items to cover the cost of stripping the product so it can be repainted and resold.

Why do you Offer Optional Insurance?

We do our best to wrap things as best as possible so they are well protected and arrive undamaged, however we are not responsible for items that arrive broken or damaged. We do offer an option to purchase insurance here: www.etsy.com/listing/659508918/add-on-insurance-for-items-shipping If you choose not to purchase the optional insurance and it arrives damaged from the shipping company, then you will need to pursue a claim on your own and repurchase. The claim process can take several weeks. If you do purchase the optional insurance, then we handle all that for you and start a replacement right away. Either way, it may be necessary for you to take the item and packaging to the shipping company to present as evidence.
