I checked out with Apple Pay and I didn't receive my access email

If you purchased an editable item using Apple Pay and you have chosen to hide your email address, Corjl won't be able to send the access link to you. If this happens, please send an Etsy message to me with your email address and I will resend the Corjl link manually. Please note that I am in Australia so there may be a time difference, although I will tend to your email as soon as I possibly can.

Are the illustrations in my invitation editable?

Sorry but usually the artwork in my invitations aren't editable. If you want a change made to the illustrations (such a colour change) please feel free to send me a message prior to purchase to see if your change is possible.

Do you offer custom sizes?

All my invitations will be available in 4x6" and 5x7". If you find you need one of my designs in a different size, please reach out before purchase and I will organise something for you.

Can I send my invitation digitally?

Yes! You will have access to download in either JPEG or PDF. If you plan to send via text, email, messenger etc, you will want to choose the JPEG option. If you would like to print, choose the PDF.

You can edit from any device, although some features may not be visible on tablets or phones.

Editable text boxes can be moved and you can change their fonts, font colours, font styles and font size (please read below to see what text will be customisable or try our demo link). Once you are happy with the design, save and download directly from Corjl. File options are PDF, JPEG or PNG.
