Why this review appears

All reviews are from verified buyers. This review is shown automatically based on factors like recency, whether it includes comments, your chosen language, and whether the rating reflects the typical experience with the shop.

“The customer service was great. The first bottle never arrived and the seller sent a replacement. We have not used the bottle yet but visually, I am disappointed. The colours are nothing like the beautiful picture visible here. They are very dark and far from vibrant. This is the first time I have a negative experience on etsy. I think that the seller could do more to display an accurate picture of the product.”
