Such high quality! I love how it looks and I am so happy to have my hanging clothes out of the way! Our wall was a little angled compared to how it should be hung but it still works great!
This laundry rack is awesome in our tiny bathroom/laundry room. It allows us to use the only extra space we have, which is up under a high, slated ceiling. The only issue we had was that, because we needed to hang the rack parallel to the direction of the slant, the rope kept slipping off the pulleys, which were mounted at an angle. We were able to replace the included pulleys with ones that dangle from the ceiling, so they now hang straight and the rope stays in place. Something to consider before purchase, if you’re hanging from a sloped surface. The only trouble with the product was that the anchors included were for walls, not ceilings, and not sturdy enough, so we had to purchase new ones. Overall very pleased!
Shipping took longer than expected but when I asked to get it by a date, they delivered! Works and looks great!
I didn't receive the product and they returned it because it didn't go through customs and, according to them, because of a lack of information.
