Custom and personalized orders

We create all our designs, so if you want custom orders, please feel free to message us or click the custom order button on our homepage. You can request our designs on other items available on our shop (including kids' apparel) or we can make a personalized design for you.

-Please take note that due to Covid-19 situation, overall deliveries (especially outside the US) might be delayed. -Your location might also affect the delivery so please check our production location for estimated delivery time (our necklaces and keychains are produced in EU or US depending on your location and product availability).

Incorrect/Defective Items

In case you received the wrong items (in terms of sizes, prints, colors, etc.) or the items were defective (misaligned/faded printing, etc), please send us a message with a photo of the item so we can check if it needs replacement/reprint. Please take note that we will only replace items messaged to us as defective/wrong items within 2 days after being marked as delivered.

-Our shop is NOT responsible for items lost in the mail/stolen and for custom taxes (if any) and other fees. -Once marked as shipped, the delivery time will depend on the delivery courier and your location. -If product is still not updated even if marked as shipped or has stopped updating on the tracking, please send us a message so we can check the product progress for you.
