All of our Crystal are 100% real and genuine, they have all been mined out of the ground and made by Mother Nature. Our slogan is ‘Mined Not Made’ and we only sell real minerals and rocks.

When will my order arrive?

Once you have completed checkout your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Domestic (UK) - 4-7 working days Orders are dispatched Second Class, you can upgrade to First Class at checkout, Second Class order typically arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Upgrade to First Class, your order should arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch. International - 8-16 working days. Orders dispatched outside of the UK have a larger window of arrival, European orders can arrive within 3-5 working days, however its not uncommon for orders to take up to 14 working days to arrive for any international country.

No, due to the cost of most items verse the cost of delivery, small orders are not sent with tracked delivery. If the order is domestic (UK), a delivery / delivery attempt update is provided. International orders are not tracked at all.

Can my order be posted with First Class shipping?

Yes, if you are from the UK, you can upgrade your order to First Class delivery which will take 1-2 working days to arrive after being dispatched. You can upgrade at checkout by selecting the shipping option and choosing First Class.
