Yes, we specialize in custom orders! We would love to work with you to create a custom design. Whether you have already have a logo or just have an idea in mind, we would love to work with you to bring it to life! When you submit a custom order with DesiLuAndCo, you will receive a customized mock-up of the design for your approval. We take the extra time to make sure what we print is exactly what you want! We are happy to work with you through as many design iterations as it takes! During peak seasons, we reserve the right to enforce a 24 hour review period. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should there be a problem, we politely ask that you message us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to work with you to rectify the problem.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping on the majority of our items including tumblers, glass cups, and ornaments. When checking out, please select Priority Shipping if you need your item by a certain date. This will give you the best chance of getting your item on time. We do our best to get items shipped early and on time! We work countless hours to maintain our 1-3 business day processing times. However, once an item ships, any USPS shipping delays are out of our control.

What do I do if the my item is damaged during shipping?

If you receive your item(s) damaged due to shipping, please contact us right away! We are happy to send you a new product free of charge. We will just ask that you provide us a picture of the damaged item(s).

Do you offer gift messages?

We currently do not offer gift messages. Leaving a "note to seller" does not ensure that we will send your message along with your item. If you would like to let the person know a gift is on the way, we recommend reaching out separately or using Etsy's teaser message at checkout! We hope to be able to add gift messages as an option in the future!

What is your processing time?

Our goal is to maintain a 1-2 business day processing time throughout the year! During peak seasons like Mother's Day and Christmas, this processing time may be extended due to increased volume. Please refer to our announcements section or the estimated delivery date when placing an item in your cart for our best estimate of delivery times!

How does your shop handle proofs and previews?

Proofs and previews are provided for custom orders or when specifically offered during the ordering process. Most items do not include proofs. If you selected the "with proof" option, we will send a preview via messages, typically within the same or next day. Please monitor your messages for updates. We will provide one reminder to review the proof, however,to ensure timely delivery, if we do not receive a response within 24 hours of sending the proof, the design will be sent to our printer as-is.

This shirt fits like a well-loved favorite and is perfect in a crew neck style. Shirt sleeves do not come rolled. Shirts pictured with rolled sleeves and knot ties are for styling purposes. This shirt is printed using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing using an Eco-friendly process utilizing water-based, bio-degradable, and non-toxic ink. Made in the USA.

• 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors- see below)

Solid colors are 100% cotton except for Ash - 99% cotton and 1% polyester, heather colors are 52% cotton, and 48% polyester (Athletic Heather and Black Heather are 90% cotton, 10% polyester)

--SIZING--
This style is a unisex, boyfriend-fit t-shirt. Customers are generally most satisfied with the size they normally wear. For an oversized fit, you may want to size up. Women, for a snugger fit, you may want to size down. It can be helpful to take one of your best-fitting t-shirts, lay it flat, and measure it across and shoulder to bottom. Then find the closest size match. Please refer to the pictured size chart for exact measurements. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us; we would be happy to help!

--CARE INSTRUCTIONS—
Machine wash cold inside out with mild detergent and like colors. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly over images. Do not bleach.

--HOW TO ORDER--
1-) Please, check and review all photos for size and color options before ordering.
2-) Choose your shirt size and color. Please be aware that colors may differ slightly from their appearance on screen.

--PRODUCTION and SHIPPING--
Production and processing are generally 1-3 days with shipping between 2-7 business days (after processing and production time).

--CANCELLATION POLICY--
We are happy to accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. If later than one hour, please contact us to make sure we haven’t started production. Once production has started, we will be unable to cancel your order.

--RETURN POLICY--
Each item in our store is made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we will replace an item ASAP if there is a mistake on our end. In such a case, please send us a photo with proof of the incorrect or damaged item you received, and we will make it right. Please order well ahead of time if you need an item by a certain date. We cannot refund delayed shipments.
