Returns: within 7 days after receiving the package Our policy lasts 7 days after the package is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since you receive the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The return will be at your own cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges: within 3 days after receiving the package. If your item is damaged during shipment, please take a picture of it, along with the packaging and shipping label, and contact me as soon as possible or within 3 days of delivery. I will work with you to replace, exchange, or refund the item.
