How do I set up my antique or vintage clock?

Directions on setup and use are included with purchase. Many times we will shoot a video walkthrough to assist with the setup of your purchased clock. We may have a corresponding clock and video available on YouTube already. If not let us know and we will do our best to walk you through the process.

I changed battery’s in my clock, but still not telling time accurately?

It is recommended to change battery’s at least once a year before they bleed out. If corrosion exists in battery compartment scrape and reset battery. If corrosion gets to interior of mechanism, it may need replacement. Energizer battery’s have a coating on them that does not work in some battery movements. Please try another brand battery first.

How should I hang my clock?

A screw in a stud or a toggle in sheetrock is recommended. Do not use picture hangers. Try not to hang next to exterior doors or on walls that may shake when doors are slammed.

What do I do if I have an issue or questions about my purchase?

Do you do custom and personalized orders?

Yes I can do custom and personalized orders. I will create any design you need, feel free to message me with details, and we can work from there.

Do you off gift wrapping and message cards in your delivery?

Yes, all our items ship fast and FREE! most products have a 3-5 day production time, and a 3- 5 day business day shipping schedule depending on location. We only ship to the continental United States. Please ask if you need different shipping arrangements.

What shipping services do you use?

We stick to ground shipping for its affordability. We use UPS primarily for our metal wall art products. For our wood products we rely on FedEx. We generally try to avoid using USPS unless location is out of pocket and deemed necessary.
