Christmas Holiday Shipping Info

During the winter holidays, please place your order for Ready to Ship items by December 10th (for orders in the US) to receive your items before Christmas. Some items may still be available after this date, message us for availability. Refunds and Exchanges

For damaged items... Due to our packaging method it is unlikely that an item will break in transit, however we will happily exchange anything that breaks in shipping. Let us know within 7 days. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please keep all original packaging and damaged item until further notice. For other returns... Please contact us upon receipt and before making a return. You may return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost. Shipping and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. Please understand that due to the hand painted / handcrafted nature of our work, no two items are ever exactly alike. Each piece is made to order per customer.

Customs and Import Taxes

We ship our items from our Jasper, Indiana, USA studio. Please note that your country may levy a duty upon receipt of your item. As the recipient, you are liable to pay for all import duty charges and, if applicable, customs charges.

We ship via UPS, FedEx Home, or US mail, whichever is most cost effective. For most Ready to Ship orders, your package should arrive within 4 to 6 days from the date of order. Please consult the individual listing for the most up to date information.

We love these little compositions of semiprecious stones. We slip the pendant onto a coated cable with a barrel clasp which is very secure and comfortable to wear. A friend of ours slid her piece onto her own, longer chain necklace for a longer look.

Each piece is handcrafted to create a one-of-a-kind piece. When working with natural materials, it is impossible to duplicate exact color variation and patina.

Our pictures represent a close color palette of the glazed tiles and stones and the typical shape and size variations. The jewelry piece we create for you will be a unique, made to order, one-of-a-kind piece, but will not be an exact duplication of the photograph.

Upon receipt of your order, we begin to create your handcrafted piece. You may expect your order to arrive within one to three weeks. If you are in a hurry, please convo us for special arrangements.
