All our items are waterproof unless indicated otherwise. You can wash them in warm soapy water. Make sure you rinse well before putting them back in your enclosure!

We do wholesale for 20+ of the same item and color. Contact us for wholesale prices!

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 7 days after delivery. Shipping costs (even when free shipping) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and new shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. Custom items are non refundable.

All our items are handmade and some imperfections are to be expected. We are humans, so in the rare event that an item is defective, please let us know and we'll make it right!
