Most of our items ship 1-2 business days. A business is Mon-Fri. We do not ship orders on weekends or Holidays. If you have special crisis and need quickly, please message us by Friday 12 noon, and we may be able to ship on Saturday for you.

We do our best to ship your order on Time. Sometimes our supply shipments get delayed and can affect shipping. We will let you know if there is a delay in shipping

Oxidized and handmade items such as charms bracelets, Wire, Finished Chains and etc, can take 1-2 days extra for processing time.

We offer Fedex 2nd day, Express and Priority mail from our shipping menu options at check out. These orders are processed 1st.

No returns for custom items , cut wire or cut chain. Returns not accepted on gemstone cut strands.

Yes, we offer shipping insurance. You can select Shipping with Insurance from the shipping drop down section in the Check out. Recommended for high theft areas or living in apartments where mis-deliveries can be common..
