• Generally, our production time is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and all federal holidays. Rarely, we experience extended production times due to vacation. Those times will be noted at the top of the listing and reflected on the shipping screen, when applicable.
• If a proof is requested, it may be necessary to extend production time beyond 3-5 business days. Please be sure to monitor your Etsy messages for a proof, if one is requested. Please order well ahead of time to ensure your order arrives in advance of the date you need it, in case there are any shipping issues. A lack of correspondence, if we have questions, will delay your shipment.
