I don't know where to begin first with this purchase! What a great experience all around from start to finish! Customer service was amazing! They responded very quickly to any questions I had. They were super nice and answered all the questions I had. They offered me other dye styles. I was looking for the crystal colors of ametrine (amethyst and citirine), and Phoenix designs nail it!! Not only that, they began my hoodie the day I purchased and had it out in the mail right after the 24-hour dye process was done. The hoodie itself is great quality, soft, and warm. I liked that I could choose the number of colors as well as the colors. I haven't seen that before. I picked fire red, deep yellow, and orange crush. The combination was even better than I anticipated! The quality is amazing! Great seller!
