How long to complete a order

Depending on the complexity of your order and where it falls in with other orders that I may be working on at the time. My processing time is normally 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Most items will be completed in 1-3 days, once I get to them. If i am running behind or if there is a unforeseen circumstance i will notify you. the due date is the date for me to complete the order and ship it out, not the total time it takes the package to ship out from me and then how long it takes USPS to get it to you. I Have no control on how long it takes USPS to get the package to you after I hand deliver it to the post office.

Is your packaging discreet?

We ship all of our items in either plain poly mailers or in plain cardboard boxes with nothing more than a shipping label and some clear packing tape. Your secret is safe with us!

We purchase our labels here from Etsy so make sure your address is correct as Etsy makes the label from the info on your account or when you place your order, I am not responsible for mishandled or lost orders in the mail. Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any items being sold in my store due to items coming into contact and being used on a human body due to sanitary reasons, I am sure you would want a item that someone else returns after using it on themself. If there is a defect in the item due to craftmanship i9 will be glade to take care of the issues once you contact me back within 3 days of receiving the item,

within 24 hours from purchase i will refund in full of a cancellation requested, please message me through Etsy for the refund request.

Do not saturate any leather in water! I treat my products with a finish that helps resistance water but doesn't make it waterproof. This will keep them safe from light amounts of moisture such as sweat, light rain etc, but showering/bathing with your leather items on will ruin them. If your items get wet, simply dry them as quickly as possible with a clean dry towel.

HOW TO GET YOUR NECK SIZE:

Using a soft measuring tape or string if tape not available, measure the circumference of the neck. Make sure the tape/string is flush against the skin. Not tight or loose. If your measurement does not land on a quarter inch mark, round up to the nearest 1/4". This will be your neck measurement and you will be able to make sure this item will fit.

To care for your Leather product, you can clean it with any Leather Conditioner Cleaner just like a pair of all leather shoes or boots. The more the leather is worked from wear the softer it will get as it is stiff because of being new and unused. Please be very careful not to let any of the embellishments or emblems get caught or snagged on anything like carpets, clothing, or any object as they will get bent or brake off. Keep leather from getting wet for long periods of time as it will damage the leather. Make sure not to let the leather product get scraped across any ruff surfaces as it will scratch up the leather product. If you have any problems, please message me

We only use hand selected, hand cut leather made from REAL Top-grain vegetable tanned leather NOT genuine leather which is the lowest quality leather available and is usually leather that is bonded together with glue and then painted to look uniform. It's made from what is left over when the other, higher grade leather is stripped away from the hide.
