👋Hello makers, we present to you the multi bead roller that we have perfected as a result of our long trials.
The product consists of a multi bead roller and a multi scaling cutter.
**With this design 1001M-5X6,
1001M-5X8 and 1001M-5X10 the bead rollers allow you to make 20 beads at the same time.
**With design code 1001M-12, the bead roller allow you to make 16 beads at the same time.
You don't have to worry about how much clay to use. We send the scaling cutter along with the bead roller so you can produce beads of repeatable quality.
In order for the scaling cutter to cut the correct amount of clay, it is necessary to apply with 3 mm thick clay. If you do not have a 3 mm thickness device, 3mm mini depth guide will be automatically added to your order.
Part number and configration size marked on bead roller and the scaling cutter outer surface for easily identify and match for use.
The bead rollers are designed with 3D engineering software and produced in my home workshop. I can easily respond to your special design and different size requests. I would be happy to be your solution partner in your special designs.

You can see the dimensions of different configurations of the round shape multi bead roller on the simple technical drawing.
USE
Cut the 3mm clay slab with the scaling cutter, give it a simple rough shape with your fingers and place 4 pieces in 4/5 rows approximately 10mm apart.
Close the other part of the bead roller on top and move it back and forth. After a sufficient amount of back and forth movement, you can get the finished bead form in the bead roller.
**We DO NOT ENSURE to use other clay types or ceramic mold.
MATERIAL & CARE
*Bead roller , scaling cutter and mini depth guide are made of PLA plastic material on a 3D printer.
*Due to the nature of the PLA material, PLA is sensitive to heat and moisture.
*To clean your cutters, use a damp cloth or a wet tissue.
*Not dishwasher safe. Do not bake/heat/expose to high temperatures.
*Colors may vary based on PLA availability.
