Returns And Exchanges

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, damaged (broken glass), e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase. If an item arrives damaged (broken cocktail glass etc), we will happily send you a replacement immediately as long as you message us a picture of the damaged product. No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, glasses, puzzles, etc, based on the orders that come in, and we will not have extras. Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues.
