Giclée printing is a high-quality printing process that uses fade-resistant, archival inks and materials to create vibrant, long-lasting prints on large-format printers. The process uses a professional-grade inkjet printer, ensuring exceptional color accuracy and detail. Giclée prints are ideal for fine art reproductions because of their superior quality and longevity.

2. What services do you offer?

We curate a unique collection of vintage and modern artwork, including pieces we’ve painted ourselves. All of our artwork is reproduced using high-quality Giclée printing for vibrant, long-lasting prints. We also offer custom framing, ready-to-hang canvas options, and highly textured watercolor paper upon request. Our services cater to artists, collectors, interior designers, and anyone looking for beautifully crafted, carefully selected art pieces. Unsure about materials or finishes? We provide consultations to help you choose the best options, including custom prints and frames for specific spaces.

3. What is the difference between Rag and Smooth paper?

Smooth: Neutral-white, matte paper with minimal texture and a thinner surface. Its neutral tone complements a variety of artwork styles. Made from 100% high-quality cotton, it's durable, archival, and acid-free, ensuring longevity for your prints. Rag: Warm white, thick, and slightly textured paper with an old-world, fine art feel. Made from 100% cotton and acid-free, it provides a sturdy, archival-quality surface for top-tier Giclée reproductions. This texture enhances the depth and uniqueness of each piece. When to choose: Smooth paper works best for modern and minimalist pieces, while Rag is perfect for adding texture and a traditional, elegant look to fine art reproductions. 4. I can’t find the size I want. Can you help?

Yes! We offer custom sizes depending on the artwork. If you don’t see the size you’re looking for, please contact us with the dimensions you need, and we’ll confirm if we can accommodate your request.

5. Are the Stretched Canvas prints ready to hang?

Yes, all of our Stretched Canvas Prints are ready to hang. Each canvas is stretched on 3/4-inch wooden bars and comes with a wire hanger on the back. For prints smaller than 18'' x 24'', we also include a thin, brown, acid-free paper backing for added protection. Larger prints will have a backing option upon request.

6. Where can I find a frame for my artwork?

We offer custom frames for all of our prints. Explore our range of custom frames at: www.etsy.com/shop/Splendus?section_id=34058626. Whether you need a frame for a small tabletop display or a large wall hanging, we’ve got you covered. Do you offer tabletop frames? Our sister brand, LucyFramesUS, specializes in handmade tabletop frames. You can explore a variety of beautiful styles and finishes here: www.etsy.com/shop/Splendus?section_id=34058626.

7. Are the listed sizes the print size or the frame size?

For unframed prints, the sizes listed refer to the exact print dimensions. For framed pieces, the sizes are approximate and refer to the total frame size, including the frame itself. Frame widths may vary slightly depending on the style, but only by a small amount. Exact measurements for specific framing options are available upon request.

8. How long does shipping take?

Etsy’s estimated delivery dates are system-generated. Actual delivery depends on the carrier. Tracking will provide the most accurate updates. Shipping times depend on your location and the type of product. Art prints: Ship within 4 to 7 days. Frames and framed art prints: Ship within 7 to 15 days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 days with regular shipping. If you choose expedited shipping, we offer a 2-day shipping service. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. International shipping times may vary.

9. What if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging (outer box and internal materials). These images are required to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Once received, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or alternative solution. Important: Claims submitted without photos of the packaging cannot be processed. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

10. Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to cancel, return, or exchange orders. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll work to find a solution.
