How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days. The vast majority of our UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. If you need your item sooner, please send us a message before purchasing and we'll always do our best to help.

How long will delivery take?

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are: • UK: approximately 2–4 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 48) • Europe: approximately 7–14 business days • Worldwide: approximately 10–28 business days Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally vary due to customs, weather or other courier delays outside our control.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We're delighted to ship our vintage finds to customers around the world. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you have any questions before placing your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we'll always be happy to help. For customers in Germany, we are registered with the LUCID Packaging Register and comply with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG). Our LUCID Registration Number is DE2756179038390 and our packaging is licensed through Lizenzero.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the photographs?

Yes! Unless otherwise stated, you will receive the exact vintage item shown in the photographs. As each piece is genuinely vintage or preloved, signs of age and wear are to be expected and form part of its unique character. We always aim to photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible, including any notable imperfections.

Are your vintage items cleaned before listing?

Yes! Every item is carefully cleaned and inspected before being photographed and listed for sale. As every vintage piece is unique, we always clean each item with care and attention, ensuring it arrives ready to be enjoyed by its new owner.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care to package every order securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a few photographs of both the item and its packaging. We'll always do our best to resolve the situation quickly, fairly and with as little inconvenience as possible.

Do you accept returns?

As we're selling genuine vintage and preloved items, we generally don't accept returns unless an item has been misrepresented in its listing or description. If you have any concerns when your order arrives, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can work together to find a fair solution. As an Etsy customer, you're also covered by Etsy's Purchase Protection programme, which covers situations where an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description or photos.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Absolutely! If you're sending an item directly to someone else, simply enter their delivery address at checkout. If you'd like to include a short gift message, you can add one when placing your order and we'll happily handwrite it on a gift card to include in your parcel.

Can you reserve an item?

Yes, we're always happy to reserve an item where possible. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to arrange a reservation. We can usually hold items for up to two weeks. If we don't hear from you by the agreed date, we'll return the item to our shop so that someone else has the opportunity to enjoy it.

Do you reuse packaging?

Yes. Wherever possible, we reuse clean cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and other suitable packaging materials. This helps reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact, while also keeping our costs down so we can continue offering great value wherever possible. Rest assured, your vintage treasures will always be packaged carefully and securely for their journey. Please open your parcel carefully and avoid using sharp objects, as many of our items are fragile.

Most likely this mirror was made in the mid century era, 1970s. It does come with some rattling when handled and moved side to side.

Clouding, wear to frame and its corners as per photos. Some surface rust, scuff and scratch marks throughout.

Robust and strong construction. Beautifully and well made. Some lovely weight to it too.

In overall worn and used yet still good condition. Moderate wear consistent with age.
