We use hats that have a stretchy band in size L/XL - these universally fit everyone very well from small hat sizes to large. Along with every order we send foam hat adjusters that you can put in the top of the brim behind the band if you need to reduce the size.

It’s best to keep hats in a warm/dry areas hung on the wall or kept upside down on the crown. The glue can harden in very cold temperatures so don’t keep outside in cars, etc. as the rhinestones may begin to peel.

Of course with so many rhinestones, the double brim rhinestone hat is definitely heavier than a normal cowboy hat! While the hat does have some weight to it (around 2-3lbs) we have worn the hats out all night at concerts, parties, etc. and we did not have to take it off due to the weight. If you are concerned about the weight, the single brim rhinestone hat may be better suited for you!

Custom and personalized orders

Please make sure to put in the comments the color rhinestones you’d like on the bottom brim, top brim, trim color around edges & trim around top of hat by the hat crown. I typically always do the trim around the hat crown the same as the top brim rhinestone color, but please specify if you want something different!

How long does it take for a hat to be made? What if I need to rush order?

Please message us if you need your hat by a certain date! We will do our best to accommodate you and most of the time can fulfill that. Most of our shipping is also done through UPS with 2 day shipping but of course holidays, weekends, etc. can sometimes slow that down.

Our white hats have S/M and L/XL options. We recommend the S/M option if you wear a size 7 1/4 or smaller or if your head measures 22 1/4 inches or smaller. We send along foam pieces to reduce the size if need be that can be stuck behind the hat band, you can place as many as you need to keep reducing the size (but we truly have never had anyone have an issue with this!).

**Items are hand made and there may be some subtle imperfections, but I try to make the hats and rhinestones as perfect as I can. The crystal rhinestones can have a tackiness/stickiness to them that will fade over time. Also, there can be a glue smell to the hat from the rhinestones, but this will fade away after a week or so!**

It’s a beautiful hat and I received a lot of compliments. I wore it to a Future Farmers of America Ball. However, the odor of the glue used is very strong. Also extremely sticky, my hair kept sticking to the glue residue. So it’s essentially rhinestone Strips slathered and glued. For the price I expected different.
