We use hats that have a stretchy band in size L/XL - these universally fit everyone very well from small hat sizes to large. Along with every order we send foam hat adjusters that you can put in the top of the brim behind the band if you need to reduce the size.

It’s best to keep hats in a warm/dry areas hung on the wall or kept upside down on the crown. The glue can harden in very cold temperatures so don’t keep outside in cars, etc. as the rhinestones may begin to peel.

Of course with so many rhinestones, the double brim rhinestone hat is definitely heavier than a normal cowboy hat! While the hat does have some weight to it (around 2-3lbs) we have worn the hats out all night at concerts, parties, etc. and we did not have to take it off due to the weight. If you are concerned about the weight, the single brim rhinestone hat may be better suited for you!

Custom and personalized orders

Please make sure to put in the comments the color rhinestones you’d like on the bottom brim, top brim, trim color around edges & trim around top of hat by the hat crown. I typically always do the trim around the hat crown the same as the top brim rhinestone color, but please specify if you want something different!

How long does it take for a hat to be made? What if I need to rush order?

Please message us if you need your hat by a certain date! We will do our best to accommodate you and most of the time can fulfill that. Most of our shipping is also done through UPS with 2 day shipping but of course holidays, weekends, etc. can sometimes slow that down.

Our pink hats offer sizes S/M and L/XL. We recommend the S/M if you wear a hat size of 7 1/8 or smaller (equivalent to head circumference of 57 CM or 22 1/4 inches). We suggest the L/XL if you wear a size 7 1/4 or larger (equivalent to head circumference of 58 CM or 22 1/2 inches).
