Many of our products are made with vintage saree textiles. Because of the type of materials and the process used to make them, we only advise dry clean for them, if not stated otherwise. As for our Namda rugs: you can wash them in cold water by hand if necessary better use a wet cloth for spot cleaning, (please do not use the washing mashing). Light vacuuming is also fine. Our crewel embroidery products: gentle handwash no machine or tumble dryer If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We do not accept returns of washed products and do not give any garantee, if you decide to wash them in any other way.

Are these floor cushions covers together with an insert/filling or only covers?

We sell "only" the cushion covers / cases. You can fill them with custom cushions, cotton fill or fiber fill, or (like us) with old clothes that you do not need anymore.

Approximate shipping time is estimated by us, but we cannot guarantee them and are not responsible for delays due to custom clearance or else. If the parcel does not arrive within 14 days, we will issue a search with the post / currier service provider. If loss of the parcel is confirmed we will issue a full refund to you. If the address you have given us is not correct, we will refund (once the parcel has returned to us), but without the paid shipping costs. Customs and taxes of your country are to be paid by you, the customer and are beyond our responsibility. Please check custom and tax information of your country before making a purchase.
