Proofs are sent on the Etsy Message system only. Please check your Etsy Messages after you have placed your order to make changes and approve your proof. Unfortunately if I do not hear back from you within 48hrs your order will be considered approved and I will need to send it out. Please note I am only given a short time to complete your order.


Final Digital files are sent via email in a flattened .jpg file and can be uploaded to your local print shop exactly as you would a regular photograph.
The standard size is an 8x10 however I will size up to a 16x20 (no extra cost)

To avoid being charged delivery for a DIGITAL FILE ONLY outside of Canada and the USA please type in the code FREEDELIVERY.
This will only be honoured for Digital Files.

If you wish to upgrade to tracking in the US there is an option in the delivery section.
If you wish to add express mail or tracking in Canada please message me prior to ordering so that I can find a quote for you.

F.A.Q

How long does it take to receive a proof and my final order?
- Proofs are delivered within 24 to 48 hours 7 days a week.
- A digital order is emailed as soon as I can possibly do so after receiving your approval.
- Print orders are mailed out within 48hrs of receiving your approval for your print.

How many changes can I make?
- I try to work with customers as closely as possible and make the changes they require within a timely fashion 7 days a week.
I ask in return that you choose your original options carefully so that changes can be limited and your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Do you have other options ?
-Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t. Please message me prior to ordering with what exactly you are looking for and I will let you know if there is something I can do. Please note that extensive changes are considered a custom order.

Can you combine prints?
- Usually I can. Please message me prior to ordering with exactly you are looking for and I will let you know if there is something I can do. Please note that depending on the amount of work it may be considered a custom order.

Do you offer custom prints?
-It depends on what you are looking for. Please message me with your ideas and thoughts on what you are looking for and I will get back to you ASAP.
