📦 Shipping Damage Policy :

If you notice any damage to the crate or product, inform the delivery driver right away and ensure that they record the damage in their logs. - Damage Reporting Timeline: Any suspected damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in you being responsible for the costs of replacement or repair.
- Responsibility for Damage: Lavvabo is not responsible for damage that occurs after the product is picked up by the shipping company or once it has been delivered and accepted. If the product is damaged during shipping, replacement costs may be covered through a claim filed with the shipping company.
