How can I download my item?

When your order has been placed, you will be sent a PDF file. Click on the underlined portion of the PDF to be taken to Google Drive, where the files are stored. Download and open a zipped (.zip) file if applicable. To access zipped files (.zip), download them and then proceed as outlined below: For Windows: 1. Right-click on the zipped file (.zip) and choose "Extract All." Follow further instructions. 3. After completing the steps, a new folder containing all the files will appear, leaving the original zipped file in place. For Mac: 1. Find the downloaded files. 2. Double-click on the zipped file (.zip). 3. A new folder with all the files will automatically appear.

Can I get a refund on my digital files?

My shop adheres to Etsy's policies, and as a result, we do not provide refunds for digital items, including those ordered by mistake or due to personal error. This policy is in place because the items are delivered immediately after purchase. Please make sure to note the licensing information in the description before purchase. No refunds are able to be provided for deposits or payments made on custom drawings. This is to protect the time investment I make as an artist each time I accept a custom order. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I use these for commercial products?

My drawings are not available for commercial use at this time. Thank you for understanding!

Can I use a discount code on a custom order?

Custom quotes are provided for every custom order request and do need to be fully paid according to the provided amount. Please reach out for help if there is a sale in the store or you aren't able to pay the full quote for the order due to a store issue and we are happy to help!
