Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Every one of our phone cases is printed specifically for you after your order is received, and therefore we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure you have the correct phone model and finish selected prior to placing your order. We appreciate your understanding!

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date because once the phone case is turned over to USPS for shipping it is out of our control. Products are produced within 2-7 business days after your order is received and we do our best to keep you up to date with tracking information and delivery date estimates.

Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If we receive your cancellation request within 1 hour of placing your order and before your item has been printed we may be able to process your cancellation. If your order has already begun printing we will be unable to accept your cancellation request.

My item says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it!

Please allow 24 hours for orders to arrive even after they are marked as “delivered”. If you have still not received your order please message us, and we will contact USPS to track down your order. Please note we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

My item arrived damaged. Can you help?

While this is rare, we are happy to offer a replacement if your item arrives damaged. Please message us with a photo of the front and back of the damaged item within 3 days of item delivery.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes! Please message us with any design requests or personalized items. We are happy to create anything you want!

I accidentally shipped my item to the wrong address. Can you help?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If your item is “returned to sender” due to an incorrect shipping address we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are “returned to sender” are shipped back to our manufacturing partner and we are unable to recover the item. Please message us for more information if you have entered the wrong shipping address.
