When will receive my order?

Production time + ship time= when you will receive your order. Each listing will show an estimated production time. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. STANDARD SHIPPING does NOT include USPS tracking. It's essentially like having a stamp on your envelope. Transit time is typically 10-14 days, but can sometimes take longer due to USPS delays. You can UPGRADE your SHIPPING at CHECKOUT to add tracking or have a quicker transit time: •ADD USPS TRACKING (2-5 days) •PRIORITY w/Tracking (1-3 days) •Express shipping (1-2 days) available upon request.

Did you put the wrong shipping address when you placed your order?

If you realize after submitting your order that it has the wrong address, contact me IMMEDIATELY with the correct address. Once your order ships, it is too late for me to make any changes. If your order is returned to me, YOU are responsible for reshipping fees.

STANDARD SHIPPING (does NOT have USPS tracking): •Double check the shipping address you provided. If it's incorrect- message me. •USPS tends to change the status to "delivered" before items are actually delivered. Orders typically arrive within 3 BUSINESS days of the status being changed to delivered. So please be patient, your order should be arriving soon. •If it's been more than 3 business days since it showed "delivered", it may be in the process of being returned to me and could take up to 10 days before I receive it. EXPEDITED SHIPPING (Add Tracking option, Priority, Express): These all include USPS tracking. Please contact your local post office & provide your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.

Sticker/Decal Info & Care

STICKERS are made of vinyl & have a protective laminate. They can be placed on most surfaces, but aren't suitable for use on silicone, rubber, polypropylene, textured surfaces, fabric, or vehicles. They're water resistant, but not waterproof. When placed on areas that will come in contact with water, allow a cure time of 48 hrs. Gently HAND WASH ONLY & promptly dry to avoid damage. Not dishwasher/microwave safe. Not UV resistant, not suitable for permanent outdoor use or use on vehicles.

I have a problem with my order/sticker

•If your stickers arrive damaged or seem to be defective in some way, please message me within 48 hrs of receipt WITH PHOTO(S) & I will be happy to issue a replacement. •If you received the wrong item(s), message me immediately and let me know so I can get the correct items to you. •If you have another issue with your sticker(s), please message me via Etsy so we can find a resolution.
