Where's my download? I can only find a PDF

Most of our digital downloads are quite large, so we can't upload them directly to Etsy. Instead, we've provided a PDF with a direct link to a Google Drive folder where you can download your files at any time. This allows you to access your purchase easily and ensures you get the full, high-quality files.

Can I return my purchase?

Given the digital nature of our products, all sales on CraftAndCherish are final. We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns/exchanges once a purchase is made. This is due to the immediate access and nature of digital files, which cannot be returned physically. While we understand this may be a different shopping experience, we want to ensure a fair approach for our business and customers alike. Therefore, we highly encourage you to thoroughly read the product description, examine the product images, and make sure that the product meets your needs before making a purchase. Can I use your images for commercial projects?

Yes! All of our listings come with commercial use rights included. You can use the images to create and sell physical or digital products such as Print-on-demand (POD), Junk journal kits, Scrapbook pages, etc However, please note that reselling the original files as-is (even in bundles or kits) is not allowed. Do I own the copyright after purchasing your images?

No. Purchasing the images grants you commercial usage rights, but the copyright remains with the original creator (CraftAndCherish). Fabulous images, great quality and totally a retro vibe, can enlarge or reduce and great value for money - I make journals so having images that I can adjust according to my page size is important
