I ordered this item 4 months ago but never received it. I contacted the seller multiple times and was told that the shipment was delayed by customs or some other reason and that they were working on a resolution. However, even after multiple months of waiting and waiting, the item never arrived, so I had to request for either a refund or a replacement. Neither was provided. So I am very disappointed both with the way this order was handled, the lack of responsiveness, and the lack of reasonable resolution. I am out 100+ USD with no recourse and no communication from the shop/owner. I would not recommend ordering from this shop if you live in the United States because your shipment/order may never arrive at all (or they may never actually be shipped to you in the first place by the shop, who knows at this point).
