▶️ What’s Cotton Voile and Combed Cotton?
Traditionally, COTTON VOILE is used as a curtain or summer blouse in tropical areas. Cotton voile bandanas are lightweight and semitransparent. They are softer, smoother and more breathable than commonly seen stiff cotton twill bandanas on the market.

COMBED COTTON is a type of cotton which has been specially processed to remove short fibers, leaving mainly longer fibers and cleaning out a lot of foreign substances. The goal of this process is to produce a softer, thinner material by further treating the cotton after it's been picked and then spun into yarn. Compared to regular cotton, combed cotton is softer, smoother, less prone to pilling, and more lightweight. It's ideal for those who want their clothing to be less bulky and moisture-wicking.

There are many types of cotton. Some people prefer cotton twill for its durability and strength. Some prefer cotton sateen for its lustrous surface and luxurious feel. Some people prefer softer, sheer or semitransparent breathable kinds such as muslin or voile. One man's trash is another man's treasure. Varieties, softness and more eco-friendly!
Digital print has a lower color penetration rate compared to traditional screen print. However, digital prints could print designs with lots of detail, color combinations and blends. I use many colors and color combinations on my designs, including some gradient tones. The number of colors that can be applied to one textile is limited with traditional screen print. Digital print gives the textile more color possibilities than traditional screen print.
