All balloons arrive flat and uninflated. For best results: • Foil balloons can be filled with air or helium. • Latex balloons should be inflated until they freely float on their own. • Air-filled balloons do not float. • Helium is required for floating. Proper inflation dramatically improves both appearance and performance. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬: Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturer production batches.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.

Once a package has been marked DELIVERED by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If this happens, we're still happy to help you contact the carrier and guide you through the next steps.
