What are the terms of usage?

Our designs are available for PERSONAL USE only. Commercial use is not allowed. It is not allowed to distribute our designs or illustrations and graphics; this will be considered as copyright violation.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I request you review design and print specifications prior to making a purchase. However, if you encounter any problems with your purchase, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.

How can I contact you if I have questions or concerns?

You can contact me through Etsy's messaging system, and I'll respond to all inquiries and messages within 24 hours.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, I welcome custom orders! If you have a specific request or need a personalized digital product, please send me a message, and I'll be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a quote.

How will I receive my digital products after purchase?

Upon successful completion of payment, your digital products will be available for instant download. You'll receive an email with a download link, and you can also access your purchases through your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews."

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Normandy Park Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Do I need to have a Canva Account for digital purchases?

Yes, you will need to sign up with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or Pro.

Can I get my order by a specific date?

We are always happy to accommodate rush orders when possible. Please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery dates as carrier delays are out of our control. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we are happy to explore rush shipping options with you. Orders that need to ship earlier than our standard 3-6 day processing time may be subject to a rush processing fee of $10. An order is not considered late until it is 7 days past the estimated delivery date estimated by Etsy.
