The journal is lovely and exactly as described. I absolutely love it. I did need to change the address after I ordered, and I messaged the seller, who had not marked the item as ready for shipping yet. My request was either missed or ignored, however, as two or three days AFTER my request, the item was shipped out to the mistaken address, necessitating some scrambling on my part to intercept the package before the post office shipped it back for having an insufficient address. The seller never contacted me about my message or the item's arrival at any point. In short, this seller's item is absolutely lovely and worth buying! Just don't hold your breath if you need to communicate with them; you're pretty much on your own.
