• About 90% of decals are customizable — message us first if unsure
• Vinyl chart colors may vary slightly due to monitor, lighting, or screen settings.
• Customers are fully responsible for spelling, personalization details, and order accuracy. Orders are made exactly as entered. You must include: Font, color, style, monogram placement and correct spelling. If no personalization is provided, a random font or color selection will be made. We are not responsible if you are unhappy with a random selection. We do NOT contact customers to confirm missing or incorrect details.

🚫 No Replacements Policy
We do not offer replacements under any circumstances.
• If you damage your decal during or after application, you must purchase a new one
• If your decal arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping provider
• We do not resend or replace decals

💦 Car Wash & Pressure Washer Policy
We are not responsible for any damage caused by:
• Automatic car washes or pressure washers
• Any third-party cleaning services
If your decal is damaged by a car wash or pressure washing service, you must contact that company directly to file a claim. You are fully responsible for how your vehicle is maintained after application.

⚠️ Application & Surface Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
• Improper application or installation
• Dirt, dust, pollen, or debris on the surface before or after application.
• Applying decals to wet, textured, or porous surfaces
• Placement near windshield wipers
• Peeling, lifting, or damage due to user error
• We do not guarantee adhesion results on all surfaces.
Each order includes instructions — failure to follow them voids any eligibility for assistance.

🧾 All Sales Final
All items are made-to-order.
We do not accept:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Cancellations
• Order changes after purchase
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
📌 Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

📮 Lost, Stolen, Returned or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
• Lost, missing, stolen, or delayed packages
• Moving through network or packages marked arriving late
All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (including incorrect address, delivery failure, or refused delivery), the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. If you refuse delivery of your package, a refund will not be issued under any circumstances.

📌 Reshipping Requirements
• A new shipping label must be purchased to have the order resent
• The shipping address must be confirmed before reshipment
⏳ Timeframe: You will have 5 days from the date the package is marked as returned to contact us and arrange reshipping. If no response or payment is received within this timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of the item without refund.

💎 Respectful Communication Policy
We value kindness and professionalism.
Orders may be canceled if a customer engages in:
• Harassment
• Threats
• Disrespectful, rude or abusive language
If canceled due to policy violation:
• Up to 50% refund only
• Remaining balance retained as a Service Interruption Fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
