Can I customize my necklace?

Yes! Many Soulful Southern Arts necklaces are customizable. Depending on the listing, you may be able to choose your chain style, length, gemstone, pendant, or overall design. If you have something special in mind, please message me before ordering so I can help create the perfect piece for you.

What length are your necklaces?

Most necklaces are made to order and are typically made at approximately 16 inches. Necklaces with a lobster clasp include a 3-inch extender for added adjustability, while sailor clasp styles do not include an extender. Need a different size? I’m happy to customize your necklace for a small additional fee. Please message me if your preferred size is not listed, and I’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders are one of my favorite things to create. A 50% deposit is required to begin a custom design. If you do not like the initial design, your deposit may be refunded. Once you approve the design or request changes after the first viewing, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Each piece from Soulful Southern Arts is handmade or thoughtfully assembled by me in my small jewelry studio. Because each item is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, remove it before swimming, bathing, sleeping, exercising, cleaning, or applying perfume, lotion, makeup, hairspray, or body products. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not wearing it. Natural stones, pearls, and decorative pendants should be handled with care to prevent scratches, discoloration, or breakage.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for an additional $5.00. Your necklace will be beautifully gift wrapped with bows and includes a greeting card for the occasion. Please leave any special message or occasion details at checkout so I can make it extra special.
