This was a mistake. I should have known better. For a $150 custom made hat, I expect it to arrive shipped protected in appropriate materials, but instead it was literally shipped in a plastic shopping bag with no protection whatsoever. The workmanship is poor and details are not as shown in the photo. Due to the lazy shipping method it was damaged and crushed and has permanent wrinkles and is misshapen. I purchased from this seller due to the shipping time estimate - but they held on to it for several days before shipping causing it to be late. On top of that, it was damaged because they were neglectful and lazy on shipping. Lastly, it doesn't fit. I ordered a size (which was very expensive, DOUBLE the price as advertised) Large based on their sizing chart and it does not fit on my head. Very regrEtsy. Never again.
