Can I apply wall decals/murals myself ? What should I pay attention to?

For our wall decals, the wall should be dry, light, smooth, clean and free of dust. Wall decals cannot be applied to surfaces with dust. You don't have to be a pro to apply our wall decals. Very easy to apply stickers with our transfer paper. For our murals, we recommend to install the wallpaper 3 weeks after painting. The glue material and information sheet will be sent to you regarding the application of the wallpaper.

Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order and please provide your phone number in the order note.If the courier will have a problem with the delivery, the parcel might be sent back to me . As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer]. Please, make sure if the address provided while placing the order is correct.

We can print in any size you want. Please contact us for any design change requests.

When purchasing wallpaper, please provide information about the wall dimension (width x height) in metres or centimetres. Each wallpaper is adjusted to dimensions of given walls. We add 5 cm extra to the given sizes.

Are your products Reusable?

Wall Decals and Murals are not reusable. As with any vinyl decal product, although you can remove it safely from your wall, most likely it will stretch and tear making it unusable once it’s completely off the wall.

Will your products stick to my textured walls?

Our wall decals do not stick to rough surfaces. If you have moderate to heavy textured walls, you will need to either sand the texture or apply a skim coat to flatten it out. Please note, we are unable to issue refunds as a result of incompatible paint or texture.

If you decide to return the product (excluding wallpapers) for some reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the fact that our wallpaper is custom-made, we do not accept returns.

Shipment is damaged what should I do?

If the shipment is damaged: - Draw up a shipping damage report with the courier - Immediately notify us of this issue - Describe the issue and send photographs of damaged packaging and product . We contact the cargo company and we will return your payment or send the product again to you.
