I recently began teaching an aqua movement class, focusing on non-aerobic toning and stretching work with participants from 30-80 years of age. I ordered a large set of these printables and laminated them, and they are going over reallly well with the class! They give me ideas to work in, and the illustrations help the class visualize movements that can be sometimes difficult to demonstrate through the water. The illustrations are clear, the workouts are diverse, and they're easy to adapt the difficulty to suit the age and ability range in my class. And the circuits are perfect when I haven't had as much time to prep before class as I'd otherwise like, giving me a backup for those busy days. Definitely worth the investment. Thank you!
