Can I return a purchase?

Due to the nature of the listings we cannot accept returns on digital items. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing.

How do I extract files from a zip folder?

On a Windows computer: -right click on file -select Extract All -select the location you would like the file to be placed -select OK -the file is now unzipped and ready to use. On a Mac computer: -just double click on the zipped folder

Can I use your files for commercial use?

You may use my files as a small crafting business. This means you can use the files to make physical items using your die cut/plotting machine (such as Cricut, Silhouette, Scan n Cut, etc) to sell in your shop or locally. You may sell things like shirts, invitations, wooden signs, ornaments etc. You may not resell the files digitally at all. *Purchased files cannot be mass produced or digitized for embroidery* *Print on demand is prohibited*

Are your files compatible with my cutter?

I include SVG, DXF, JPG, PNG, and EPS files. SVG is compatible with: Silhouette Designer Edition, Make the cut (MTC), Sure cuts a lot (SCAL), Brother Scan and Cut "Canvas" and Cricut Design Space. DXF is compatible with: Silhouette Studio Basic Edition JPG is compatible with: most computers in the photo area PNG is also compatible with: most computers in the photo area, PNG files are saved with a transparent background EPS is compatible with: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Inkscape.

I cannot find the svg file in the zipped folder?

I include svg's with all my files. If you do not see and svg, your computer has renamed it as an .html file with a google chrome symbol. It is still an svg and works the same. Your computer has just assigned svg's to be opened in google chrome.

Can you tell me what font you used?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to share this information. Each of my files takes a good amount of time to design and find just the right font. I'm sorry, I'm unable to give this out.

Download includes: SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS file formats in a zipped folder.

All my files have been cut tested on a Titan 3 cutter, but the files are compatible with all major cutting machines like Silhouette Cameo, ScanNCut, Cricut, and so on.

The SVG format is mostly used for cutting machine software like Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Designer Edition, and other graphics software like Corel Draw, Adobe Suite, and more. These files can be scaled without any loss in resolution.

The DXF format is used with some cutting machine software such as Silhouette Basic Edition and also for laser cutting and engraving machines. These files can also be scaled without any loss in resolution.

The EPS format can be used with: CorelDraw, Inkscape, and Adobe Illustrator.

The PNG is a photo file saved at 300 dpi with a transparent background, which means it's the best quality for print. All our files are saved at 11.5" on the longest side. PNG files can not be resized without losing image quality; if you would like to resize, please use one of the above formats.

Please check with your machine’s ability to use these files.
